Dr. Thompson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. He then attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia before completing his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, located in Charleston, SC.
Dr. Thompson is originally from Brunswick, and decided to open a pediatric practice in 1997. He and his wife, Maureen, have four children, Stephen, Florence, Henry and David.
After receiving her undergraduate degree from Barnard College at Columbia University, Dr. Pavlou completed her master’s degree in Nutrition from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University in New York.
Upon completion of her master’s degree, Dr. Pavlou attended medical school at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School before completing her residency at All Children’s Hospital in Saint Petersburg, FL.
A New Jersey native, Dr. Pavlou, fell in love with the charm of Southern living during her time at All Children’s Hospital which is where she met her husband, Steve Barr.
Although they lived in Charleston for two years where Dr. Pavlou practiced general pediatrics, the family relocated to the Brunswick area when Steve began practicing plastic surgery in 2003. Fast-forward to present day, they have three kids, Maria, Ivan and Anastasia, and two mutts, Brutus and Bullett.
Born in Lund, Sweden, Dr. Coyle attended medical school at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, Ireland. She then did her residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
Dr. Coyle met her husband while they were both in medical school in Ireland and today they have four children: Jonas, Patrick, Henrik and Victoria.
